Warranty & Returns Policy

 

This policy will explain the customer's rights of warranty, refund, or exchange.

Custom Orders:

​

When making a custom order through the Noisy Hammer website, you will receive a personal experience to ensure you receive the exact item you were hoping for. This includes correspondence with our designer to discuss style, speakers (if required), hardware, and finish. The process from start to finish can take up to 8 weeks.

If for reasons beyond our control, the build time needs to be extended we will contact you and let you know your new delivery date.
Once specifications and a quotation have been agreed we will require total payment in full before any work can begin. Once work on the actual cab has begun there would be a 15% surcharge for any changes made to the specifications. 
Noisy Hammer has the right to cancel any custom order at any stage before commencing or during the work on your order, should the designer believe that the project has developed into something they are not able or willing to build, your total would then be refunded to you.

At the end of the build, the designer will contact you to confirm you are happy with the end result prior to shipping.

Custom orders are non-refundable.

Standard Stock Orders :

​

Standard cabs ordered via the website will require full payment before the item is shipped.
All standard cabs are sold as seen on the website, should you be unsure of the condition of the cab please contact us before completing your order.
Colours, finishes, and grill cloths are also considered sold as seen, however, colour variations can occur due to supply.
Noisy Hammer will make every effort to colour match and communicate to our customers when there may be a change as not to cause disappointment. 

Warranty on cabs:

All Noisy Hammer cabs (including custom) will receive a 2-year warranty. Should you discover a mechanical fault this must be reported to Noisy Hammer within the first 30 days of receiving the item If the speakers, if loaded.
We can offer a repair or exchange on these items and will cover shipping within the UK.
Another option would be for us to send you the replacement part required.

Should you discover an aesthetic fault, this would need to be logged with us in the first 48 hours, please email Support@noisyhammer.com, and we will ask for photos of the fault along with images of the original packaging it was sent in and proof of documentation.

This does not include personal damage.

With all Noisy Hammer cabs this policy does not cover wear and tear or general use of the item.

Merchandise:

​

All merchandise on the Noisy Hammer website is eligible for a 30-day returns policy. With clothing, this is only eligible if the item is returned in its original condition, not worn or washed. It must be returned to us in its original packaging.
This can include items that are ordered in the wrong size, colour, or if the item is faulty; there must be proof shared with Noisy Hammer to arrange an exchange.
